Currently unsorted, need to set this as a default.

There are a few places where the Captains and the Lanes could be listed better:

  • /profile/:user_id could sort the lanes alphabetically
  • /users could sort names alpabetically
  • The list of Captains on /lanes/:name/edit can be shown aphabetically
