Where are the action stats (ac_norm.json) used during training?

In the conversion scripts (e.g. aloha_converter.py), I see that action stats are computed and stored in ac_norm.json. I also see that they are used to unnormalize the actions inside the evaluation scripts (e.g. eval_aloha.py). However, I cannot find where these stats are used for normalization during training. What am I missing?
