Replace the RequestResponseCycle jpa logging with Ladybug persisten logging

Messages can be logged in 2 ways:

• The RequestResponseCycle-jpa database
• The Ladybug (https://github.com/ibissource/ibis-ladybug/ ) mem/file-storage

Ladybug has a far better gui, but logs to a mem/file-storage, so errors can be lost or saved on the filesystem. The jpa logging can save all errors, so there is tracebility, but you need sql-knowledge to use this functionality.
