Collection Publish Issue

@vinukumar-vs @AmiableAnil Collection Publish Flink Job is not able to publish a copied collection.

Scenario:

• Login as Creator
• Copy a collection (TB or Course)
• Publish the Copied Collection

In the Collection Publish job layer the content goes into "Failed" Status with the following message.

"publishError": "Elasticsearch exception [type=mapper_parsing_exception, reason=failed to parse field [originData] of type [text] in document with id 'do_31355438585257164811528']",

Reason:
The field originData is defined as text in ElasticSearch index map and ElasticSearch expects this field as text

But, as part of the ticket SB-30107 a configuration change is made in the collection publish job config to send originData as an object which is causing the above issue.

IMPACT:
All the copied collections publish is failing.
