Youtube content is not getting played after migration.

We have migrated to new cloud profile. After that we are facing youtube content is not playing.
e.g
{{host_name}}/content/preview/youtube.html?origin=https://{{host_name}}&id=zHXdnX7Wn54

When we are giving public access to the old storage account, it is getting played. After revoking the access from the old storage account it is throwing an error message.

We have checked in content player, there environment variable (CONTENT_PROXY_URL: env.sunbird_content_proxy_url) leads to knowledge-MW. We found variable sunbird_content_plugin_base_url in Knowledge-MW and it is pointing to our host.
we don't see any anywhere storage account configuration binding.
We don't see any intent why youtube content is seeking old storage account access.

Have following doubts here,
1. If youtube contents are not stored in storage account, then why its checking storage account privacy before playing ? Can we bypass youtube contents from proxy check?
2. Also where we can check that its is still pointing to old storage account even if we have migrated to new one? Why it is not getting played if new account is public and old is private?

2. Current Cloud Provider ?

Also can you are the content metadata like previewURL, streamURL. To very the issue.
