手册的下载链接失效 #55

2022.3.13，该手册的下载链接已经失效，三个的下载地址居然是一样的，都指向：http://www.kuaipan.cn/file/id_18671249332895745.html
但是实际上快盘早在2016年8月16日就已经关闭，
见http://www.kuaipan.cn/，
不知道为何在新版声明中为何写上“旧版声明中的内容对第二版手册依然有效”。
