Using a Microsoft LifeCam Cinema, and for some reason, it's not setting brightness. Sets everything else fine.

At least, try OBS Studio and native built-in DirectShow interface (named "Configure Video" in OBS "Video Capture Device") to control the camera settings.

But maybe driver for the camera is too clever for your task (it is very simple util, so don't expect much).
