Users can now create projects. The idea of projects is to facilitate a) collaboration and b) the ability to define livability metrics as desired. The latter goal is meant to acknowledge that goals are not universal and that users will be more in tune with the local context when starting a design project.

Determine how to store the parameters for various livability metrics either within or related to a given Project instance.
