Can't use with self-hosted runner at Organization/Group level

A job that uses rust-cache worked fine using it locally on my repository, but when I used on a self-hosted runner at group level for company, it fails. Any tips on how to debug it?

Idk what I did to solve this, my runner is installed as a service (from ./svc.sh install),
I think the issue was related to the runner permissions, are you using /run.sh or installed the service, please check it.
