[improvement] periodic 'tick' sound while activity is active

it is really useful to know when x minutes have passed for certain types of work, and to remind you that you are 'clocked in' if someone walks into your office and starts chatting with you :)

forget the specific time tracker my friend uses, but it will make a little tick noise every 10 minutes, 6th of an hour

i half expected the 'rest time' function to do this if i set the rest time to 0 minutes, but that wasn't a valid value

Thanks for your suggestion, the rest time is intended to be used as a rest time reminder.
We like your idea this would be a great to have feature. currently we are busy with some other features and issues so we will accept PRs if anyone is interested on this.
