Given config for core and ran are not able to establish NGAP

I have followed the readme through which i have build core and ran. I have run open5gs core and oai ran as suggested by you. While running core and oai ran i am not able to see ngap. I think the issue is with the RAN because NGAP request packets are getting captured at tcpdump. When I test with UERANSIM, I can capture packets from both the RAN and the core. But when I run OAI RAN, not a single packet is captured, which suggests that the request is not being generated at all.
