Textual Inversion Questions

It looks like there is a GUI tab being worked on, but it doesnt appear enabled yet.

Is the manual way enabled in the current version? Hlky had another repo on it but it has not been updated in in a while and I was wondering if it was merged. Are there new instructions for doing it manually?

Also Hlky has a repo for dicussing and sharing embeddings, but it doesnt have a discussion tab. Is that still active or should it happen somewhere else?
