Batch files path checking and typo fix

Juste creating a discussion to make it more visible as I have created a PR and it has yet to be merged but in both batch files there is an issue with the path checking loop where it doesn't break the loop when a path is found. And since Anaconda paths come after Miniconda ones, if someone has both it will choose Anaconda and reinstall everything (while Miniconda is prefered since it's what most people followed in the most popular guide). It also makes the code a bit cleaner.

The PR also fixes a typo.
