Strange VRAM usage behaviour compared to CompVis' + Basujindal code

I'm not sure why HLKY's fork reserves so much VRAM right away when webui is started (with or without optimizations enabled and extra models loaded on the CPU or removed). Also the VRAM is partially freed after the first image is generated.
