Recreate Suborganization Searching

As a developer,
I want to replicate the search functionality for suborganizations in the 'Temporal Graph',
So that users can view specific suborganizations' publication data.

Acceptance Criteria:

• Remove the table filter to view by grant or publication.
• Default results are based on Publication not grants.
• Table has a search feature for ease of use.
• Table has pagination (recommended 10).
• Rows must be selectable.
• Selected rows must be distinguished from non-selected rows.
