This PR provides a means for the Parser library to report hashes parsed from the movie file. It is implemented for bk2, fm2, and ltm which represent a vast majority of submissions, other file types can be implemented too later.
This PR does NOT do anything with those hashes, simply parses them. Will provide a means to store and display these in a future PR
