This repo is the home for documentation related to the Technical Steering Committee ("TSC") for TBD's Open Source Development workstream.
The TSC was established by this charter.
The TSC may create working groups to delegate work or decision authority. Working group charters are published in the
working-groups/ directory. The charter.md file in templates directory contains a starter for defining a new
working group.
The TSC has weekly meetings to discuss topics and make decisions. See meeting notes for more information.
