Chest Shops from the [ChestShop] plugin are commonly used in the marketplace to buy and sell items. It is fundamental that shops have to be protected to allow the exchange of goods.

That being said, people are using chestshops as personal locks, which does not align with our long-term goals.

Possible Solutions:

  • Picky Chestshops (chestshops can only contain the items that are being sold)
  • Market Hubs (Chestshops are only able to be created x distance away from a central point)
  • Worldguard blocking (chestshops can only be created in worldguard regions dedicated to them)
  • Towny Safeguards (chestshops only work within town borders, and are accessible during war)
