Redirects cause the URL encoding in IRI's to be parsed by the server before send to the RDF explorer, for example https://w3id.org/ecfkg/i/mlco2/applicablePeriod/2016-01-01T00:00:00/2017-12-31T23:59:59 should stay as: https://query.cf.linkeddata.es/page/ecfkg/i/mlco2/applicablePeriod/2013-01-01T00%3A00%3A00/2013-12-31T23%3A59%3A59 otherwise it will not be found in our KG.
Ideally this needs to be fixed in redirect rules in w3id but if that cannot be done we can handle it within the rdf explorer

Any suggestions for the redirect?
