Change out the old speaker bios, names, and titles with the new bios, names, and titles.

@mehdikazi This should just be a case of changing out the hard coded speaker bios and titles in the app. It's a little unglamorous but unfortunately needs to be done. I'm compiling a word doc with all the bios easily at hand, so I'll CC you on that email to make your life a little easier.
