missing dependencies on requirements.txt #32

Hello,

I'm using your project on a very fresh install of Python, 3 dependencies where missing from the requirement.txt and I had to install them on my own:

addict
datasets
oss2

I just thought I'd let you know, too lazy to do a PR ^^'
