Data Documentation

Data stored in /archive/data-2.0/ and /archive/publications should be accompanied by a README.md file containing the following information:

Title of dataset

- brief summary of dataset/study

- description of how data is acquired

- what each folder contains 

- pointers to external data used

- description of QC steps

- changelog (record of changes made to the data or preprocessing)

- citation and authorship requirements if this data is used

- contact information
