Issue

The following questions do not have mappings to the progress report:

Tasks

• Rename "Obstetrical Diagnosis" to "Obstetric Diagnosis"
• Create a "Medical History" section under Obstetric History using red background and ! icon.
• Map the answers to the questions above as designated.
