Add Kinyarwanda translations for the ANC review.

I merged the PR, but I see (from https://github.com/TIP-Global-Health/eheza-app/pull/1278/files#diff-cd02c2d08e54ca378cae3be5b33f3672e8a7e21055e2b230ea0a480892e22922) there are 28 more places where we could add a translation :

Please open new PR with those translations.
