Import and export a single crime script

So it is easier to merge results from different people. Export:

• The crime script itself
• All acts for the crime script
• All attributes/roles etc.

When importing, merge attributes/roles: add new ones, if label is already created in the mean time, replace ID in crime script act. When acts have been updated since then, duplicate them.
