Brief description of the bug

AI law changes (such as Malf AI laws) are not mirrored on the AI's shell(s)

What you expected to happen

AI's laws remain consistent in each body.

What actually happened

AI gains a Malf law, but the shell does not.

Steps to reproduce

(Step 1) AI gains law(s)
(Step 2) AI enters shell
(and so on)

(Found using the "Show Server Revision" verb under the OOC tab.)
