[GENERAL] Teshari Feathers marking is incorrectly layered on Teshari

The marking "Teshari Feathers" does not give any visible marking on teshari, but does on non-teshari.

Teshari Feathers seems to be a marking for recoloring teshari wings/legfluff independently of the "hair" color.

Giving the Teshari Feathers to both an existing teshari and a fresh base teshari does not give a visible marking. Giving the same marking to a base non-teshari adds a marking where teshari wings/legfluff typically is. This appears to be a layering issue.

• Put the marking "Teshari Feathers" on a teshari, found under "Teshari Specific"
