New scheduled VOD is displayed as selfstreaming and immediately public

Describe the bug
When creating a new VOD, the new entry in the list of lectures on the admin page is displayed as a selfstreaming scheduled stream.

To Reproduce
Steps to reproduce the behavior:

1. Go to the admin page of a course
2. Create and upload a VOD, set start date to future
3. Await upload
4. refresh, scroll down to list of lectures
5. See that the new lecture is selfstreaming.

Expected behavior
The new entry should clearly indicate that this it is a scheduled VOD.

Turns out: After a while (maybe after processing of the video?), the lecture turns into a selfstreaming VoD:

Even more worrying: The stream is available to all students despite the start timestamp remaining in the future.
