{{vault_id}} variable

Obsidian URI supports opening vaults by their id, in addition to their absolute path. I'm not certain if there are any other uses for the vault id, but I'd like to add a possibility to access the id via a variable.

Now the above mentioned discussion has an answer telling that app.appId should give the vault id. I haven't tested it yet.

Would there be use for a {{vault_name}} variable? I guess it's basically the same as the current {{vault_path}}, but without parent folders. It can be retrieved by the following:

app.vault.getName()
