Settings: Add documentation links to the list of {{variables}}

List of variables in settings

The list of variables could have question mark icons (?) for each variable. Clicking the icon would open up web browser to the particular variable's documentation page, e.g. https://publish.obsidian.md/shellcommands/Variables/%7B%7Bcaret_paragraph%7D%7D

Autocomplete menu

I'd like to have the same question mark icon in the autocomplete menu, too. I tried to implement it when I first created the autocomplete menu a year ago, but back then the problem was that clicking the question mark icon caused the autocomplete menu to receive the click instead of the icon, so the variable was accidentally inserted to a text field.
