Create file with template using shell

Please describe the problem

I would like to create a note and use the built-in templates to fill it. I tried to copy the content of the template file to a new file but it seems that obsidian runs some function to resolve internal variables. I wonder if this can be done using this plugin or if anyone knows another way to do it (except manually).

My template:
