код вроде в билде основном они меняли, но там больше синтаксические улучшения Белизна |

Чтобы запустить нужно при скачивании выполнить команды:
npm install
npm run build (так же для продакшен версии надо написать npm run build-prod)
npm run serve
http://127.0.0.1:28453/ - стандартный адрес запуска
