[Bug Report]: Game crash related to Modern Dynamics fluid pipe

Describe your issue.

So i tried to move milk from "Cow in a jar" (from mod Cooking for Blockheads) to Portable Tank MK1 (from mod Coxinha Utilities) with fluid pipe from Modern Dynamics. Crash occured when i inserted Extractor module on input side of the pipe, which is connected to the Jar. After restarting the world/server and observing the pipe game/server crashes again.
