Two mods included in the server files are out-of-date, while one is missing all-together, causing clients to not be able to connect to the server:

• Immersive Aircraft (missing)
• MrCrayfish's Furniture Mod: Refurbished (outdated)
• Sophisticated Core (outdated)

just installed a fresh server pack all 3 mods match the client on the same version. sounds like you have a failed server install. make sure you are installing the server pack using the official serverstarter jar or the startserver script.
if you are updating your server, be sure to delete the .lock file, then replace the yml file with the new one before launching.
