Amaze prompts "Operation Unsuccessful" after renaming in search results #3298
Comments
Unable to reproduce on v3.7.0. @sjl872964789 can you confirm this happens on the latest version too? |
Hi, I downloaded and installed the latest version of amaze, the problem still exists, the screen recording is as follows: lv_0_20220522135608.mp4 |
I also get operation unsuccessful when copying files and also backing up apk files. |
same when moving files to different folder |
Should work now with the latest update. |
i already updated to 3.8.4. i can replicate with standard notes app backup txt files when i try to move them to another folder. other files (eg. downloaded from the internet) can be moved, however from the same source folder -> to the same destination folder i also checked permissions and owner and i can't see any difference: -rw-rw---- , owner: root everybody for reference, file name looks like this: I think it has something to do with the name. I created an empty file called like this and i was not able to move it UPDATE TLDR: you can't rename files to contain "+" in the filename", also you cannot move files containing "+" in the filename. Maybe there are some other characters in the same situation Sorry for hijack, my problem seems to be different than op's |
Just came across this error today, latest version of everything naturally... |
