[Feature Request]: waypoint manager's dimension

Only see the waypoints in the dimension you are currently in and not all together.
Currently, there's only 4 options.
1, display all
2. overworld
3. nether
4. end

it would be nice to have a default option there it shows the waypoints based on what dimension you are on.

ie. if you're in the nether, the waypoint manager should show you the list of waypoints in that dimension.
