Giving an item and a block the same name crashes the game when rendering one of them #60

As stated in the title: If you give a block and an item the same registry name the game crashes while trying to render one of them.

Used MC Version: 1.12.2
Used UMC Version: latest

The full exception is included in the txt file: exception.txt
