[Feature Request] add timing windows to save upload/stats xml file

add timing windows (in addition to <TapNoteScores>) to the XML score record.

<TimingWindows>0.022500,0.045000,0.090000,0.135000,0.180000</TimingWindows>

it would be nice, for example, if you have changed the timing-windows, to know that a past score was with stricter or looser windows, and thus directly comparable or not. (my use case: im currently considering switching to a narrower timing window, so im going to try it out for awhile, and maybe switch back. i plot my scores with gnuplot, so i want to group scores by timing windows and then visualize how much worse i would do on itg vs ddr, etc etc)

actually wait, just <TimingWindows>DDR</TimingWindows> or <TimingWindows>Original</TimingWindows> would probably be better
