Max Combo visible in the stats pane of Song Select

Think it would be a good idea have a Max Combo field in song select for "Default 2" that shows the proper Max Combo according to current player/operator settings. Of course, this should also be gametype independent as different games handle combo differently (Pop'n and O2Jam's max combo is the number of notes - 1 as the second note starts the count up from 1, not the first note).

Relatedly, since the combo system can be changed as a player option in Many options, maybe have the Max Combo per player be displayed near the displayed BPM that changes depending on the Combo is Per Row option in the Player Options screen. For example, MAX300 will show 573 Max Combo with CiPR Off and 555 with CiPR On near the 300 -> Speed Mod box
