[Feature Request] Ability to change game types seamlessly

I think it's pretty bad for Outfox to be stuck with game types needing to be changed through the title screen, especially since we're going for an all game types get charts approach. In order to make the experience as enjoyable and seamless as possible for the player, all game types and difficulties could be shown next to a song, with the selector simply defaulting to the player's currently selected or last played game type. When the chart loads, the game type can immediately change to the one required. A lot of work will be required to make this possible, including:

• Make song difficulties take up less height to increase the number that can be shown on screen at once, and group them underneath game types within that menu.
• Move the game type selector into the options menu, preferably allowing a player to select what game types should be allowed, and what the default noteskin should be for each.
• Prevent other data from being saved on a per-game type basis, so the player's current settings don't change with each type, like Announcers for example.
