Hello, currently, I'm translating Vietnamese version. Even though, there weren't any hardship. I still would like to have more context about the app. Such as what's actually this app about? A CMS? What does 'ticket' meaing, like bus tickets or a fine tickets?

If it is possible, please add more context to CONTRIBUTING or just create a new TRANSLATION_CONTEXT file for this. It will help us (translators) making a better translation.
