Hello, (English is not my native language, this text was translated into English using Google.)

PS: I apologize for the errors. I've written 3 posts and you're making mistakes. I'm not a programmer, I don't know much about it.

  • Minecraft: 1.19.2
  • Forge: 43.3.8
  • Powah: 4.0.11
  • ModPack: Techopolis 2 v7.0

I don't know where else to write and ask for help. That's why I'm trying it here, I hope it's okay. :)

Issue description:

I play the ModPack Techopolis 2 v7.0 from @benbenlaw

ModPack Link:
https://legacy.curseforge.com/minecraft/modpacks/techopolis-2

I keep getting the same error message, which is why I don't dare play this mod pack. I think that maybe at some point in the middle of the ModPack, I won't be able to go any further. And my save file breaks.

I have already written to the ModPack developer in his "Issues". I've only gotten one answer so far. I don't think he cares at all.

I also wrote on “Issues” of “KubeJS”. Because "KubeJS" gives this error message. In this error message I read "item":"powah:steel_energized", that's why I posted it here too.

bbl-team/Techopolis-2#102
KubeJS-Mods/KubeJS#824

Steps to reproduce:

I just have to log into my server or start a game in Sigle Play and I always get this error message.

Is this a crash?, please include it here: (Recommended to use Gist)

github.com Link:
https://gist.github.com/MrFreakOne/6ad598e2d1ed7337d701c18e9f77c606

It doesn't crash. As I said, I get this error message. That's why I don't play because I think there will be problems at some point. And my save file is destroyed as a result.

I completely uninstalled everything and reinstalled everything again, with no result. This error message comes back.

See You. (Thanks in Advance) :)

@MrFreakOne You caught the error exactly: Error parsing recipe techopolis:energized_steel_1_to_energized_steel_2
The Techopolis modpack includes a custom recipe that has errors and is failing to load. As a crafting recipe this means you won't be able to craft this specific item.
In my experience there is no way that I know a crafting recipe can corrupt a world, it's just that you won't be able to (I believe) convert energized steel into powah's energized steel.

This is not a bug with Powah, see the modpack developer for further assistance.

"I don't think he cares at all." Be careful about the tone you use when addressing developers who spend countless hours writing code and balancing mods that you enjoy for free. The appropriate stance is to alert the developer that there is a problem and thank them for their time IF they can fix it. You are entitled NO free bug fixes, and if you don't feel safe with this mod pack, either don't use it or pay someone to maintain it.
