httpdns 返回单一ip会有以下问题，当这个vip失败后，无法对其他vip进行尝试，只能等缓存过期后，重新通过dns查询到新ip才能解决该问题，如果dns没有及时感知这个有问题的vip，那么即使ttl后，业务还是会收到影响。
