[Feature Request] Allow scale to also scale hitbox

It feels a little strange that increasing the scale for entities doesn't increase its hitbox. It feels like there's not a whole lot of leeway I can do for increasing scale without making players confused why they can't hit this mob.

Can this be added to the mod?
