Add support for message reactions

The latest Android beta introduced emoticon reactions on messages.

Messages now carry an emotions property, for example:

These are not currently visible in Skype for Web, though the data is available over the long poll API.

@Terrance What have you meant here?

I've just found a way out. I run chat.getMsgs() while the list will be empty and continue to call it after that. If anybody do new actions then .getMsgs() gets only this messages with this new actions even if they didn't appear in your loop.

But if I understand correct, you meant something another about long poll, didn't you?
