As a researcher I want to be able to see test smell data from multiple users so I can analyze unit test development anti-patterns in a readable format (Gui elements)

• When the user accesses the page, the following elements are displayed:
  • Top header bar displays the following fields:
    • Total smells
    • New smells
    • Total users
    • New users
  • A graph detailing number of smells detected over the last thirty days
    • There will be a drop down menu that the user can use to configure the period of time between the following:
      • The last day
      • The last week
      • The last 30 days
      • The last year
• Website is accessible at http://www.testsmells.org/dashboard
• The website is accessible on Microsoft Edge, Firefox, Chrome, Opera, Safari browsers
• The website will be accessible on desktop web browsers
• The website will be accessible on mobile web browsers
