Update Logos #1971
Comments
I do have a related question to the logos. So, I hope it's all right to mention it here. (If it needs to be a separate issue, please let me know, and I can break it out.) The Look and Feel settings section provides an opportunity to include a Left Logo and a Right Logo. I have both of them defined in my institution's instance: the left logo is our institutional logo, and the right logo is the new Vireo logo file. However, on the student side, the only image that displays is the left logo; the right logo does not appear to be used anywhere. If the right logo is defined, then I would think it should be displayed somehow (unless using it creates an accessibility issue). So, this might be something to look at. |
Thanks for pointing that out. The |
I want to think that in an earlier version (Vireo 2?) the left and right logo both appeared on the student submission view. And I think it would kind of be nice to have the Vireo logo (which is what I have set as the right logo) appear on the student view since it brands the software. However, if in the current iteration one is supposed to be for the student view and the other for the admin view, it might be a good to rename those field labels in the admin settings to make that a little clearer. |
