FR: Add callouts titles in breadcrumb / context builder

Hi, I really like the new breadcrumb feature, but it would be nice for it to also work with callouts so that if i put a link in a callout , i can see in what callouts titles this page/block is used.

Example right now on the origin [blockEmbed.md#^qovh2d it would show the context with only the header instead of header > callout example, with the proposed change.
