What happened?

When loading up my world Neruina gave me an error message,

[Neruina]: There is 1 suspended ticking entry
[ at (136 69 254)]

Version: 0.25.0

To Reproduce

I have no idea.

Are you using Iris? (For shaders).

Yes. I am using Iris.
No. My instance is unmodified, stock install.

Are you on a Server?

Yes.
No.
