I noticed there's a fork with a lot of work being done on documenting things in Chinese. I think it'd be worth it to fully support multiple languages in this repository.

This issue can be updated to more languages if there's interest in them. As most of ipfs-sync doesn't rely on language, I think it'd be reasonable to translate the parts that can be.
